The people that make it happen
We have a highly skilled and motivated team of planners, designers, development specialists and support staff which reports to an independent Board, appointed by the Mayor and chaired by Liz Peace CBE. Our Board members include local council leaders, industry experts, community engagement specialists and business representatives.
David Lunts
CEO
“The vision for OPDC is to optimise the opportunities for local people. Through the regeneration, we want to create much better community and social facilities, provide better access to work and training and deliver affordable housing. As well as playing a key role creating the economic wealth that London depends on to fulfil its place in the world as a centre piece of the global economy.”
Davena Wilson
Land and Property Director
“As a Director at OPDC, I think it’s important that the team feel trusted, valued and genuinely cared for; successful delivery of major regeneration schemes isn’t only about the project or its outcomes, the people making it happen really do matter. I’m passionate about creating and maintaining an environment to support this.”
Pete Farnham
Principal Planner and OPDC’s LGBTQ+ representative
“OPDC puts tremendous effort and resources into supporting everyday inclusion. I’m lucky enough to be OPDC’s LGBTQ+ representative and work with the wider GLA LGBTQ+ Network to champion equality – whether in the office, on site or out socially!”
Karen Passley
Human Resources and Organisational Development Manager
“It’s our people who make us unique. OPDC is committed to building an inclusive workplace and I’m proud to lead the team that helps to ensure that the people who work for us and with us, represent the rich diversity of London.”

Eleanor Fawcett
Head of Design
“Not many people can say their day job is to create a new part of London! It’s a privilege to play a part in steering the changes which will reshape Old Oak and Park Royal and also really exciting.”
